Do I need an existing business?

Not at all! Whether you're launching your very first idea or refreshing an established brand, this session is designed to meet you where you are. We'll identify your next best steps and create a clear foundation for your growth.

What if I don't have branding yet?

That's perfectly okay. Many of our clients start with just an idea. We'll help you clarify your vision, audience, messaging, and overall direction before building the visual pieces of your brand.

Will you design my logo?

The Brand Foundation Mini Build does not include custom logo design. However, we'll help define the direction for your visual identity and can discuss logo design or complete branding services if they're the right next step for your business.

Will I receive my files afterward?

Yes! After your session, you'll receive the deliverables included in your package, along with any agreed-upon graphics, recommendations, and action steps. If additional work is requested beyond the package scope, we'll provide a separate proposal before moving forward.

Is this a virtual appointment?

Yes. All Brand Foundation Mini Build sessions are held virtually via Zoom, making it easy for us to work together no matter where you're located. Your meeting link will be included in your confirmation email after booking.

How soon will I receive my completed deliverables?

Most Brand Foundation Mini Build deliverables are completed within 5–7 business days following your strategy session unless otherwise discussed during your appointment.

• You'll receive a confirmation email.

• You'll receive your Zoom meeting link.

• Before your session, gather any logos, colors, website links, social media accounts, or inspiration you'd like us to review.

• If you don't have branding yet, don't worry—we'll build from where you are.

• You'll leave with a stronger brand foundation and practical next steps you can implement immediately.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but may be considered for a one-time courtesy reschedule at With Love Brand Studio's discretion.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we'll use the remaining scheduled time so we can stay on schedule for other clients. If more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the session.

Emergencies

Life happens. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to work with you when circumstances are beyond your control.

We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
